These are polaroid photos of visitors to my home, or me as a visitor. I also took the pictures of my friends and family. In late 80's, I started to experiment with ploaroid photos to get some textures and color effects by scratching the surface of polaroid papers during its developing process. It was done simply for fun and
as entertainment while my friends came to my place. It sounds easy but it took me while to develop the technique and to get control of the effects. After all I was very enjoying its artistic appearance, not only photo as documentation. Then I was even carrying that bulky polaroid camera instead of compact camera for my vacations, or preparing camera on my table, being ready to take any time some one comes to my place.
